I think they mean new sycophantic.
So sad.
Just another mirror on society around us here.
I will laugh only to hide sadness behind it.
Maybe they just don’t like ‘different’.
ok,.. this sounds like a tough neighborhood.
What a delightful piece of planning absurdity.
Note how the ‘new sympathetic’ appears to be at least two times larger than any of the others, including the ‘new unsympathetic’. Looks like it’s also ok to be a conspicuous consumer.
this is amazing.
the interesting part to me is that the little sketches are, in essence, what they are trying to abide by. they are only interested in the initial image of home, rather than any actual reality of home.

or maybe both
oops – how the people that produce these justify the fees let alone their existences IS BEYOND ME
Funny! I thought things like this can only take place here in Germany…
interesting to note that the ‘new sympathetic’ – has windows of different proportions as well…
with so much on offer it’s hard to choose but this remains one of our favourites

Ha. That box looks uncannily similar to a recently completed DCM box in Carlton, Melbourne.
Reminds me of the Marrickville “guide” I had to buy when I worked on a house there once. Reckon it was the same ‘artist’. That was a bit simpler.. a gable with a tick, and a flat roof with a big cross. Got the message.
