3,000 Vélib’ Bicycles Stolen

The Independent reports that thieves have stolen 3,000 of Paris’s self-service vélib’ bicycles with sightings in Romania, and yes, even Australia, while another 3,000 have been deliberately destroyed or damaged.   Tour de France indeed.
