    I’ve had a HappyLight for a few years and it works great. It’s amazing how much better I feel in the fall and winter using this for about 20 minutes in the morning right when I wake up. I wouldn’t do without it!

    Unfortunately this light also gives off UV radiation that is very bad for your eyes.
