Courtyard House I

This house is for a young family in Sydney’s inner west. The site is located on a busy corner with a large park across the street.

The house is centred around a central courtyard around which are the dining room, the bedrooms and the an upstairs living area. A separate wing for the client’s mother is located at the rear of the house. The upper floor looks out through the courtyard to the park across the street.
