Courtyard House II

A house for a growing family in Sydney’s lower North Shore. This brick house is arranged around a central courtyard. The main living areas open to both the exterior and into the courtyard. Children’s bedrooms are located on the first floor. The roof form folds to allow sunlight into the courtyard and the living area to the south of the site. There is a double height space over the living area.
