Green Renovation for the Sears Tower

Chicago’s Sears Tower is to undergo a $350m green renovation with roof gardens, wind turbines and solar panels joining the pair of antennas atop the 110-storey skyscraper. The project could reduce the tower’s electricity use by 80% and save 24 million gallons of water a year. The Guardian
