The Australian Institute of Architects (formerly the Royal Australian Institute of Architects) has launched its long overdue redesigned website. The colours are pretty awful, none of the text lines up with the page's grid and there are strange navigational quirks, but it is still a massive improvement over the old model.

Agreed, a big improve. Looks like someone asked for “this web 2.0 thing” so they got the gradients and the colours. Attention to detail is pretty average, though but maybe it’s a work in progress?
