Foster has ousted Hadid for the Collins Street development in Melbourne. “One of the world’s pre-eminent architects, Norman Foster, who is regarded as ‘Mr Landmark’, has been hired to put a signature stamp on Australia’s biggest and most expensive office and housing projects at Melbourne’s Docklands” says the Age.
No source reference is provided for the ‘Mr Landmark’ allegation however.
